		<description>Well said,  Cindy. What is most troubling about the &quot;excuses&quot; you listed is that most businesses don&#039;t recognize that international sales can deliver a substantial ROI far more rapidly than other strategic investments. 

But this requires one thing: total commitment. And most companies are loathe to make the investment necessary to make it work. They often give the task of developing international sales to some poor overburdened employee who then has to do this in addition to his or her other duties.</description>
