		<description>Hello Kevin!

Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment! ...has time flown by!

...What I see very often in businesses that want to go international is inaction due to the fear of mistakes. Of course, there is also the fear of risk and the unknown intertwined with other things. But I often see the personal side, not just the business side. And fear of mistakes is definitely in there somewhere.

		<description>Cindy,
Excellent insights about the mistakes in cross cultural communication.

You probably travel abroad more than I do. You see the goofy things we all say more often than I see the mistakes I make myself.

I often travel with a personal assistant and I will ask that person to help me out as far as gaffe&#039;s, blunders and errors....&quot;if I make mistakes, please let me know BEFORE I leave the building.&quot;
....and that&#039;s just in the U.S.!!!

Because mistakes are simply real life, it&#039;s nice to be on a &quot;tell me when I screw up basis&quot; as opposed to thinking I&#039;ve got it all down....because man, I don&#039;t.

Thanks for another useful post.
