These values influence the organizational behavior and can be applied to the work environment of a company as well.”

Michael Gates presents German or Global? posted at Cross-Culture saying “The management board are all white males. Our top 600 managers are predominantly white German males. We are too one-dimensional,” he said in an interview to mark his first year in charge, according to the Financial Times.”

Rouf Hussain Mir presents Cross-Cultural Senior Management in Asia posted at SiliconIndia saying “The booming Asian economy is drawing an increasing amount of business process outsourcing. Many US companies are seeking help to improve communications and team efficiency through intercultural management training. It may confuse you to realize that the challenges you counter are not unique to your team and the offshore group. “.

Culture Matters presents Anthropologists in cross-cultural management posted at Culture Matters saying “People from so-many cultural background study and work in closely cooperation at universities and public and private organisations. Looking at your Indian, English, Dutch, Japanese or German colleague as representatives of fixed national cultures will not help you very much in your collaboration.”.
