Weekly Poll

Last week I started a weekly poll. You can see the poll box on the left hand column. The poll was also tweeted every day last week.

Here is last week’s poll:

What type of marketing to do you use for your international clients?

The results from last weeks were not surprising. They reflect what readers here and on Get International Clients have been telling me.

75% of the voters do the same marketing for international client just like as everything else.

There is no distinction.

Of course, you will get more out of your international marketing with country and culture specific marketing.

Here is this week’s poll:

How do you do your international market research?

My main goal with this week’s poll is to gets eaders to think about how they can improve their international marketing.

Market segmentation is important today with multichannel marketing.  Your readers learn about what you have to offer through many different marketing channels.

Market segmentation is also key to successful cross-cultural and international marketing.

Web marketing tools make segmentation easy to implement and to track results.

So I’ll be interested in seeing the results of this week’s poll.

Be sure to send in your answers, and we’ll have a look at the results next week.
