Cross-Cultural Communication Challenge – Expand Your Mindset

With a little bit of cross-cultural experience it is often easy to observe how some people’s cultural perceptions influence the effectiveness of the communication.

  • Some people seem to have perceptions that add extra barriers.
  • Some people seem to have cultural perceptions that go effortlessly past any barriers.

It is usually easier to see this in other people than in ourselves.

Today’s Cross Cultural Communication Challenge Tip suggests that we should become aware of our own perceptions and how they effect our communication with others.
