iconcatccc Movies For Cultural SkillsIt’s not always easy to develop strong people skills, especially in cross-cultural communication. Most people make progress at varying speeds and through a variety of different stimuli to help them.

And movies can be an entertaining way to help you. Once you travel you’ll be surprised at how many things make sense when you see certain situations played out for you in a movie.  You’ll find yourself able to pick up little cross-cultural tips and you’ll deepen your understanding of different cultures by watching movies.  This might be because, in live situations we are often overwhelmed taking everything in all at once and we don’t have the time to notice the little details. And yet with our personal experience the little things we missed in live situations can stand out and grab our attention in movies.

This series inspires you to improve your cross-cultural skills by simply watching movies. This is a light-hearted approach to learning cross-cultural skills. It has limitations.
