		<description>Hi Martin,  Thanks for your comments.  There is a phase adapting to this global language.  I think we Europeans have a history of adapting to each other.  This is not always the case elsewhere.  

Thanks for the book recommendation.  You know, I think we are going to see a lot of change in cross-cultural business behavior over the next decade or so compared to what how things were 20 years ago.</description>

One of the things that always amazes me is how people with international business experience from different areas of the world all share very similar stories.  The real lessons are always the same... I guess it shows the common things we have being human once we get over all of the cultural differences.  Flexibility and adaptability are so important, and learning question assumptions.</description>
